I'm a Developer at ServiceNow

I'm a UI Developer at ServiceNow. Perhaps I'm getting into blogging because I need to ponder things more, but it's also because I was a ServiceNow customer once. Hopefully I can help someone out by writing this.

If I'm going to write about ServiceNow, I guess I could choose to write on an official ServiceNow site. But I want it to be extremely clear (both to you and to myself) that nobody is telling me to write these things. They're just my ideas, and don't reflect the opinions of anyone else unless noted as such.
